Core Production Process

・Raw Material Handling: Sand, cement, fly ash and other raw materials are precisely metered and vigorously mixed to produce uniform concrete slurry.

・Molding & Pressing: The slurry is fed into the block machine, where it is rapidly formed into block blanks of various specifications through high-frequency vibration and hydraulic pressing.

・Curing Stage: The green blocks are cured either naturally or in an autoclave to gradually enhance their strength and durability, meeting engineering application requirements.

・Finished Product Handling: Finished blocks are automatically palletized and packaged, ready for direct use in construction or export sales.
